As the industry leading innovator, we strive to provide excellent quality customer service and want our customers to be completely satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 50 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, assembly and other additional charges.


*Please contact one of our friendly staff to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) or email us at support@redfoxpowersports. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. Once you have an RMA number it is your financial responsibility to return the item to the address specified.

Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense.

Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.

If you do not have the original packaging, manuals, or the item is slightly used, that’s ok too. We will still process a return with a small deduction on your refund for what is missing. We do not accept any return vehicle that has any sustained damages.

* 25% - 35% restocking fee may be applied according to the condition.

* This guarantee will not warrant returns on items that are damaged or have been registered or have had alterations of any kind, or have been used or maintained in a way that is not recommended by the manufacturer.

* If you have received your vehicle for more than 50 days and have used it, registered, you will not be eligible to return it for refund or replacement. You can send the vehicle or parts to us at your own expense; we will repair it and send it back to you at our cost.

* In order to keep you completely satisfied and maintain rock bottom prices, our shipping expenses are neither refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. This includes all freight charges: the first shipment and return. Original freight expense will be deducted from your refund (deduction will also apply on free shipping items, see deduction table above for reference)

* We don't accept worn cloth, shoes, gears return. Unauthorized return subject to variable restock fees based on the condition.

* You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped. However you will be charged a 6% cancellation fee. For orders that are not responding to the identity verification process (applying to but not limited to: FDS review, different billing and shipping address, etc.), the cancellation fee is 10%. All fully assemble and ride test package or PDI Test orders, once the order is in process by mechanic for assembly and testing, the cancellation and restocking fee is 25%.
