Our normal procedure will process your order within 48 hours after your payment and confirmation is received. Once payment has been collected, it will take about 24-96 hours to process and ship your order depending on the volume of the order at the time. All RUSH Processing orders will get priority to process first and usually will ship out within 24-48 hour depending on the order volume. All Ready to Ride or 98% Assembled Package will take longer due to assembly, testing and custom packaging, Rush Processing for these package Order will still receive priority process but not guarantee to ship out right away due to the complicated process and quality test procedure. All orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. All orders placed Friday after 1:00 pm PST will be processed on the following Monday. During the holiday season and busy season, due to extremely high volume, it may take longer to process orders. In order to process your order smoothly, your clear information such as phone number, address and instruction are important.


For placing order by credit card, your shipping address has to be verified if it is different to your billing address. We will ask you to fill out an authorization form and signed. Your order may be delayed to ship until we receive and review your signed authorization form


For merchandise less than 120lbs/box, it will be shipped by UPS Ground & Express, FedEx Ground & Express or USPS Priority services.

For merchandise over more than 120lbs/box, it will be shipped by professional LTL trucking companies (UPS Freight, FedEx Freight, SAIA Freight, R&L Freight, Roadrunner Freight etc.). Carrier driver will contact the customer to arrange delivery appointments with contact information provided.


For ship to address that require additional shipping surcharge, we will contact the customer by phone for notification (This happens less than 3% off the address in United State)


For shipment to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and overseas, please email us or call us at for shipping fee quote. Free Shipping Discount does not apply to these locations.


Customer can request cancel order only if the order is in PENDING and ORDER RECEIVE status and also if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 7 business days (ready to ride package cannot be cancel once it is in process, if customer insist to cancel, there will be a 25% restocking fee apply) . You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped. However you will be charged a 6% cancellation fee. Once the item is shipped or it is in PREPARING ORDER status, your order cannot be cancelled. If a customer insists to cancel the order after it has been shipped or refuse the package, the customer will be charged for ORIGINAL and RETURN shipping plus 10% Restocking Fee.


This map is showing the approximate transit time for most of the shipping carriers. Transit time will vary by different shipping carrier and different location, weather or road condition.


It is vital that you inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival, and note ANY damages to shipment, including damage to the shipping container. If there is ANY damage to your shipment, you must note this on the Bill of Lading when you sign for your package(s). You must also report any damages to Redfox Powersports by phone at 877-266-2148 within 3 days of receiving your shipment in order for us to file a claim for any damages. If you report damages during that time, Red Fox Powersports will file the claim for you and ship out your parts free of charge. If you do not report damages to Redfox Powersports within 3 days we will not be able to file a claim for you, and you may have to pay for any parts you need shipped to you and file the claim with your shipping company separately for reimbursement. Also, please do a complete box count and write on the BOL how many boxes you received before the driver leaves. If a package is refused without approval of, the restocking fee will apply. If your vehicle sustained structural and frame damages beyond repair, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately so we can prepare to send you a replacement unit. If you receive your vehicle with minor damages, please accept the vehicle and take pictures of your vehicles and email to us. We will send replacement parts to you free of charge.


In case you did not notate damage on the Delivery Slip (whether it is because you did not inspect the unit during delivery or there is no visible damage to the packaging) but you discovered damages afterwards, this is considered "Concealed Damages". You will need to report all damages with pictures within 3 Calendar Days. We will NOT be able to cover any damaged parts and/or freight to send out replacement parts if we do not receive the damage report within 3 Calendar Days of delivery. Due to the nature of concealed damages, trucking companies will not acknowledge any damage claim if the claim is not filed within the time frame.


We value your complete satisfaction. If within 7 days of receiving your vehicle you decide you do not want your vehicle for any reason, give our customer service department a call and we may refund you your money or send you a replacement based on our return policy agreement.


* Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) from our Customer Service Department. Any vehicles returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. A copy of your original invoice must be included in a return shipment.
Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense.
Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.
* Vehicle must be returned in its original packaging within 7 days in new and re-sellable condition.

* This return policy does not apply to vehicles that have had alterations, abuse, negligence, and accidents or have not received proper maintenance.

* All packaging materials, instruction manuals and parts must be returned. Any missing parts or damages will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not accept any return vehicle that has any sustained damages.

* 25% - 35% restocking fee may be applied according to the condition.

* If you have received your vehicle for more than 7 days and have used it, you will not be eligible to return it for refund or replacement. You can send the vehicle or parts to us at your own expense; we will repair it and send it back to you at our cost.

* In order to keep you completely satisfied and maintain rock bottom prices, our shipping expenses are neither refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. This includes all freight charges: the first shipment and return. Original freight expense will be deducted from your refund.

* We don't accept worn cloth, shoes, gears return. Unauthorized return subject to variable restock fees based on the condition. 

* Order may be cancelled only if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 5 business days. You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped. However you will be charged a 6% cancellation fee.


All refurbished item are in its unique condition and are SELL AS IS which described on the listing detail. All refurbished item are final sale and is not subject to return or refund.


As part of our service commitment to our customers, we offer Ready to Ride Package straight from our warehouse in the United State. The package will come in a wood crate or wood pallet depending on the product. Our in-house mechanic will assemble and road test it before it leaves our warehouse to insure the quality of the product. The Ready to Ride Package receives the same warranty service as any other package we offer which we provide replacement parts for any warranty claim only. If a customer chooses to do a RMA or to return the purchase with Ready to Ride Package, the original Ready to Ride Package labor charge will not be refundable.
